During his vast experience of more than 20 years in recruitment industry, he has served numerous domestic and international companies. He held executive responsibility in the fields of Strategy, Business Development and end to end Operations on a large scale.

Having an in-depth knowledge about the pros & cons of this industry and to provide transparency in this business, Makeshwaram Pillai will do his best to bring on the change this industry needs.
